Tristan Hessing is the Founder and Managing Director of Future Makers, a Nottingham based design and manufacturing studio specialising in circular solutions for plastic reuse.
With a background in Fine Art from Nottingham Trent University, Tristan leads projects that help businesses and developers transform plastic waste streams into design led assets, from furniture and planters to textiles, bags and installations for public spaces, events and commercial environments.
Tristan’s work spans the built environment, urban regeneration, events, education and the arts. Future Makers’ projects demonstrate practical, scalable circular design that keeps plastic in circulation while creating high value solutions for communities and businesses.
